Arizona Republic: Interim Deal OK’d In Arizona Mental-Health Case Gov. Jan Brewer, state wellness officials and lawyers for the significantly mentally ill today announced a two-year contract in a landmark class-action lawsuit that governs treatment of some of the state’s most vulnerable citizens.
